About us
GR Dents is a dental clinic in Pacific Mall, in the northern area of Cali, Colombia. For over 9 years we have treated patients from the United States and around the world, with four dentists, three of them specialists (periodontics, oral rehabilitation, endodontics): a dentist focused on cosmetic dentistry and smile design for porcelain veneers, and a periodontist who places our dental implants.
For over 9 years GR Dents has treated patients from the United States and around the world at our clinic in Pacific Mall, Cali. GR Dents has four dentists, three of them specialists (periodontics, oral rehabilitation, endodontics). Dr. Juan Felipe Guerrero Bugallo designs smiles and places porcelain veneers, and Dra. Catalina Rodríguez Hernández takes care of gums and places dental implants. Patients fly in from the United States, a three-hour flight from Miami, and from Europe, and go home with their treatment finished.

Every case starts online. You send photos, we send a treatment plan and its price, and you talk with our team in English as many times as you need. When you are ready, a $500 USD deposit books your dates and, if your package includes it, your hotel. You pay the treatment at the clinic, when it is done. Between trips and after you go home, you reach us by email or WhatsApp.

Veneers and crowns are usually finished in 5 days. Implants take a one-day surgery and a second trip for the crown, 4 to 6 months later.
Full payment is made at the clinic when the treatment is done. Afterwards we stay in touch by email or WhatsApp, and your warranty terms are in writing in your quote.

Full payment is due at the clinic in Cali when treatment is provided. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, wire transfers, PayPal, Zelle and cash. We do not offer in-house payment plans or third-party financing.
We do not work directly with US insurance companies; you pay GR Dents directly for your treatment. If your plan offers out-of-network benefits for restorative procedures, we provide an itemized receipt and the documentation you need to request reimbursement. Check with your provider before you travel.
All of our porcelain veneer treatments come with a warranty, typically starting at one year, covering material defects or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, trauma or missed maintenance. We confirm the warranty terms for implants and crowns in your quote.
