All-on-4 replaces all the teeth of one arch, upper or lower, with a fixed bridge that rests on four implants placed in the jawbone.
The two back implants are usually placed at an angle to use the bone that is left, so some patients who cannot have conventional implants without a graft can still have a fixed bridge.

A full-arch case means two trips to Cali and a few days in the city each time. Airport pick-up and drop-off with our driver is included, and we can arrange the hotel with breakfast and the rides to the clinic on treatment days, so the only thing you book yourself is the flight.
The hotel is quoted separately: the all-inclusive package, with the hotel and a guided tour of Cali, is part of the porcelain veneers package. Tell us what you want included and we put the numbers in your quote.

All-on-4 uses four implants per arch; All-on-6 uses six. All-on-X is the general name, because the right number depends on your bone, on the arch and on your bite. Dra. Catalina decides the number from your X-ray, not from a menu, and explains why in your plan.
Many full-arch cases get a provisional fixed bridge on the day of surgery, so you leave the clinic with teeth while the implants heal. The definitive bridge is made once healing is complete, on your second trip, and it is the one built to last. We tell you the material of both bridges for your case in your quote.
It is one option among several. If you still have teeth that can be saved, individual implants or a smaller bridge may be the better plan; if you are missing teeth in both jaws, a full mouth restoration combines what each arch needs. A fixed bridge is cleaned at home like natural teeth: a brush, floss with a threader or a water flosser under the bridge, and regular check-ups. Between trips and after the definitive bridge we stay in touch by email or WhatsApp, and we tell you what to watch for and how to reach us.

Implants carry a warranty of more than 10 years. A crown on an implant carries one year. Both cover the dental work itself, and both come with conditions worth reading before you travel, not after.
The implant warranty (more than 10 years) is Neodent's, the manufacturer, and we handle the claim for you.
The warranty covers the dental procedure. It does not cover travel: if you have to come back to Cali for warranty work, the flights, the hotel, the food and everything else about the trip are yours. Every claim is assessed clinically, case by case, against the conditions below.
Only through our official WhatsApp line. We reply within 24 hours, and the dentist or team on your case assesses it. If it is covered, procedures, materials and lab costs are at no cost to you. If it is not, you pay, and we tell you the price first. Travel back to Cali is yours.
That you follow the instructions, care, check-ups and recommendations your treating dentist gives you. For implants specifically, the warranty does not apply when the loss or complication traces back to something on the patient's side: poor oral hygiene, missed maintenance check-ups, uncontrolled gum or peri-implant disease, smoking, trauma, parafunctional habits or bruxism without the night guard you were told to wear, functional overload, or not following professional advice.
Hygiene and periodontal check-ups at least twice a year, with us or with your dentist in the US. If something changes, send clinical photos, X-rays and, if possible, your dentist's report. A night guard is strongly recommended for ceramic restorations, especially if you grind or clench your teeth; if it is not made in Cali, make it with your dentist at home and wear it as directed, especially while you sleep.
None of that is fine print to catch you out. An implant is a surgical result that has to be maintained, and the conditions name the things that actually make one fail. If you live outside Colombia, ask us in your plan how the maintenance check-ups work from where you are: it is the condition a travelling patient breaks most easily.
From $12,000 per arch, which is one jaw, final prosthesis included; both arches from $24,000. All-on-5, when the bone or the bite calls for a fifth implant, is from $15,000 per arch. Bone grafting ($300 to $700), a sinus lift ($1,500) and extractions are on top when your case needs them. Sedation, if you want it, is given by an anesthesiologist, who quotes it separately. CT scan not included: about $80 to $150 depending on one or both jaws, taken at an imaging center in the same building.

Full payment is due at the clinic in Cali when treatment is provided. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, wire transfers, PayPal, Zelle and cash. We do not offer in-house payment plans or third-party financing.
